"EMPOWER HER" WOMEN'S GROUP

Wednesday, June 26, The Empowered Herd will be offering THE FIRST monthly women's group at our new private facility in the Malibu Hills. This group will learn how horses can assist us in conflict resolution, relationship building, life direction, and personal empowerment. We will engage in equine experiential exercises which mimic the common challenges women face in real life, offering participants the opportunity to learn new coping mechanisms and communication strategies. Limited to 8 women, this intimate group will provide a safe place to explore vulnerability, trust, boundaries, and self love. Some of the things this group can help with are:

 

*Navigating negative and repetitive relationship patterns

*Dealing with conflict, change, and loss

*Family disharmony

*Strengthening interpersonal communication

*Improving self love, self awareness, and self confidence

*Discovering and revealing inner desires, creative interests, and improving problem solving skills.
